Home Health Aide

A HHA is available to provide all aspects of personal care and companionship to maintain client’s safety.

The HHA services include:

• Client’s personal care
• Companionship

Nursing

At Your Haven offers customized care by RNs and LPNs, focusing on the client’s individual needs and based on the client’s diagnosis.

When more advanced medical care is required At Your Haven makes it possible for clients to remain at their home and still get all the medical care required to obtain wellness. Nursing care is provided by highly qualified LPNs and RNs able to complete the following services:

• Full assessments
• Administer medications
• Effectively keep communications with client’s primary doctor or specialists.
• Obtain blood work
• Wound care
• Perform doctor’s ordered procedures
• Hospice assistance at end-of-life
• Advance Directive assistance

Pediatric Care Assistance

There is no greater challenge than the one faced by parents with an ill child. They deserve not only admiration and praise for their advocacy and courage, but they also deserve assistance and services that they can trust will mimic their own to provide their child with love and support. That 's why At Your Haven is committed to offering every parent peace of mind knowing that their precious child is in trustworthy hands, side by side with them, while they work, or even while they treat themselves to a much-needed break from their duties.

Hospice assistance and end-of-life care

We assist families in identifying a hospice agency as well as teaming up with a family chosen Hospice team to provide high quality and dignified end-of-life care and support for both client and family.

Home makers

Home makers are available to maintain clients’ home and keep it clean and organized per client’s desire. Services include the maintenance of kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, common areas, and client’s laundry. Our home makers are also able to assist with errands, grocery and personal needs shopping.

Pet assistance

This unique service is offered to assure that our clients are able to keep their pets at home knowing that they too are being cared for.

One of the biggest worries for any pet owner is to have to part with their pets. For an elderly or disabled person, inability to care for pets in the way a pet requires is the common reason. With At Your Haven Private Services, we understand the importance of this special bond; therefore, our goal is for the client and pet to remain together. Clients with the need of pet assistance will be introduced to an attendant who loves animals and is qualified to meet the needs of our client’s pets.

Each visit includes feeding, maintaining pet’s area and/or litter box maintenance, play interactions, walking as necessary and trips to vet or groomer.
